European Union — Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

After notification, you have an additional 14 days to return the item

Return Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
However, if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Feryna will cover the return shipping costs and provide an appropriate resolution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Customers must inspect their order upon delivery.

We will evaluate the issue and, where applicable, offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
