Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing includes product quality checks, packaging, and dispatch preparation.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Central & Western Europe: 5–12 business days

  • Northern Europe: 10–18 business days

  • Eastern Europe & Islands: 10–22 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 12–22 business days

Total estimated delivery time = processing time + delivery time

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, or external factors beyond our control.

Fulfillment locations and carriers may vary depending on product availability and destination.


Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s tracking page.


Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

No additional shipping or handling fees will be charged after checkout.


Customs, VAT and Import Duties

For orders within the European Union:

  • VAT and applicable taxes are handled in accordance with EU regulations

For orders outside the EU:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on local regulations

  • These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer


Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to customer absence:

  • The carrier may attempt redelivery or provide pickup instructions

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failure to collect the parcel

Feryna reserves the right to charge a reshipping fee.
